4 Man Scramble—No Minimum Handicap. Lunch & Awards included. Team of 4 players

Title Sponsor - $5,000
Title Sponsor will receive 2 teams, Corporate Hospitality golf outing for 8 at Emerald Bay
hosted by Jim Spieran and Larry Henness (CASA volunteers and residents of EB), 8 golf shirts,
8 complimentary Mulligan’s, 5 X 7 team photo for each player, prominent placement of
name/logo on event banner and all print materials as well as premier article in CASA’s
quarterly newsletter, and recognition in newspaper thank you ad.

Presenting Sponsors - $2,500
Presenting Sponsors will receive 1 team, 4 Mulligan’s, 5 X 7 team photo for each player,
name/logo on event banner and all print materials, and recognition in newspaper thank you ad.

Gold Sponsors - $1,000
Gold Sponsors will receive 2 playing positions, 2 Mulligan’s, 5 X 7 team photo for each player,
name/logo on event banner and all print materials, and recognition in newspaper thank you ad.
Team of 4 - $400. Each player will receive a 4 X 6 team photo.

Hole Sponsor - $200
Hole Sponsors will receive name/logo on event banner and recognition in newspaper thank you

Individual Playing Positions - $100
We will combine individual players to create teams of 4. Each player will receive a 4 X 6 team
